You can look into using Melatonin, do a search in the archives,
(go to FHL main web page and at the botton is a search feature,
put melatonin in there) there will be doses, and use instructions.
However, Lupron is proven to be more effective, and has
little side effects. ALso, just because something is considered
"natural" doesn't mean it has no side effects, or even the
doses are known- how pure is the source, how much variation
is there from one company to another company's product?
Just recently I read how Kava is linked to liver failure in those
with some underlying liver disease, goes to show how a
natural product may not be safer.

> Does anyone know what natural remedy would help a fur kid with adrenal
problems. My 3 year old girl has had her left adrenal removed and still
shows signs of adrenal after one year. My Vet does not want to remove
the
right one. I would prefer a natural aid rather than using lupron.
Thanks
for any help, Gay from Ferret Haven in Boise, Idaho
