If he were mine, I'd ask my vet to give him a shot of ivermectin,
0.2-0.4 mg/kg Sub-Q. That is what Dr. Purcell recommends for sarcoptes
infestation which is what it sounds like. Repeat in 14 days. Soak the
feet in warm water and gently debride.
