Subject: RE: Melatonin Question

Thank you, for your suggestions, so if I understand this correctly, I
can give him the melatonin as soon as I get home from work and look for
the beginnings of improvement around two plus weeks. Also, I saw the
dosage as 1ml . I only have a syringe that shows cc's and 1ml looks
like 3-4 drops. Would I guess that the amount of melatonin should
relate to his weight which is approximately 2.5 pounds. I did give him
some last night 3-4 drops with some ferretone to drawn up into the
syringe to make it more palatable. He is such a good boy when giving
him medicine, just smacks his lips and rolls over for a belly scratch.

Hi Diane,
I would administer the Melatonin at 6PM (ouch, long hours) and it
depends on how long you see results. We usually see hair fuzz in a week
to 2 weeks and usually within a month his aggressiveness should ease and
his hair should return. You are able to give the Melatonin with the
Lupron depot if you wish with no side effects although I have had
limited success with Lupron. <quoting snipped by moderator>
