Subject: marshall farms ferrets

i have three ferrets. the first two are normal in wieght when we
bought them, but the third was very skinny. you could feel his bones
and he could barely walk. he's not real agressive so i was thinking
that maybe he just couldn't get to the food when he was with a bunch
of other kits. tend to under feed their ferrets? now he
tends to eats a lot whenever food is around and he is starting to get
fat. what can we do to make him realize that the food isn't going
anywhere and that he is'nt going to starve?

[I was forced to remove a bit of political stuff that is off-topic on this post. Since it is a first time post I edited, knowing that sometimes it is bit hard to catch on the rules at first. This list is not here to slam or to advertise. There have been problems with some stores, distributors, and breeders not watching well enough to see who get enough to eat, yes. -- Sukie]
