Subject: Re: Please help ferret with Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia

I went through this with Josephus and it did not go
well, I'm sorry to say. We did pred shots, it seems
like, all the time, and we did subq fluids as well.
We were up every hour on the hour 24/7 for a month, I
think.

Just don't give up. Assume with that much pred that
he's going to retain a lot of fluid so be incredibly
careful about his surroundings. Our Josephus died
from not being able to get out of something he
normally would have, had he not been so pear shaped
from the pred.

good luck. I really don't mean to be so doom and
gloom. mail me privately if I can help.
