Subject: DEATH OF MULTIPLE FERRETS - BORIC ACID

I have today been told of the multiple deaths of ferrets in a home.
It was determined by a necropsy that they were poisoned, although the
poison was not identified. All of this is second hand information.

The home was using Boric Acid for a roach infestation. It was used
specifically in the room, around the baseboards, where the ferrets
were housed and had free roam.

Would you please comment as to the use of Boric Acid v the health of
ferrets.

Thank you,
Barbara Clay
