Subject: Behavioral changes

Hi, I am just wondering if anybody knows anything about my ferret's
strange behavioral changes lately. Mia is a 2.5 year old spayed
female and I've had her since she was about 6 months old. Lately
she's been just going crazy. She is so much more playful than normal
and she has taken to biting my legs in the morning under the sheets.
She has never done this kind of play-biting before (a little bit of
course, but not this severe), and she is so adamant about biting me
every single morning, usually at about the same time (around 7am).

It began about a week and a half ago and I wasn't sure if it was due
to the spring seasonal changes or if it was something more medical.
I've been through two spring seasons with her, and this is truly far
from normal. In addition to the morning biting, she has also been
much more mouthy during our general daily playtime as well, both with
me and her 1.5 year old brother. Anybody experienced this before? Am
I just being paranoid?

Thanks!
Christa
