Subject: Help!!!
Hello everyone,
I'm a newbie to the group and as a ferret owner.I adopted a ferret
from a newpaper ad 3weeks ago.Didn't know a thing about ferrets but
now I'm stuck with a very weak,sick,and fading fast ferret.He is about
4yrs old.He sleeps 24-7.Will not play and has a hard time even getting
out of bed.His hind legs shake and he acts like he can't walk very
well.He has the hiccups a lot.He is eating/drinking water but has soft
stools(sometimes the runs)and cries when he poops.He acts very
listless and has lost a lot of weight.There are no exotic vets in my
area.The one I took him to is clueless to what is going on and just
wants to put him on antibiotics(w/out proper diagnosis).Please,help!!
Is there any suggestions on what I can do?

p.s. I have put him on Ferratone,vitamins in water,and Ferretvite.
