You are finding little information on this subject because you are
looking for the wrong information. You need to search for
insulinoma. There are tons of articles in the archives of the FHL,
and numerous websites. Actually ferrets acquire insulinoma and it
is not like diabetes in humans. If I understand human diabetes
correctly, it is just the opposite. You should find all the info
you could ever want if you just look for insulinoma.
