I would agree. Since the beginning of 2000, our ferret vet bills (for
10 ferrets) have exceeded $13,000. Half of that is *one* ferret who is
very much still alive and seems to be recovering from his latest mystery
ailment. We have three who have never had much more than shots and
checkups. All our ferrets are between three and eight years old. Oh,
and FWIW, the expensive one is one of the youngest.
