Subject: Re: Is Moose trying to die from starvation?

My ferrets have always quit eating on their own when
they are feeling sickly. With intestinal things, it
seems to take them a little longer to eat normally,
even when everything else seems to be on the mend.
One of my ferrets also decided he liked the baby food
chicken and treats better than their normal food. I
usually try to make sure they eat something and ease
them back to their normal food routine. One more
thought... You may have checked this, but he might
have problems with his teeth or a sore in mouth that
makes eating uncomfortable.

Don't know if this applies to Moose, but maybe it will
help.
