Thanks for the reply Roger - yes, hopefully nothing too serious to
worry about. I actually live in the UK, so ECE isn't a worry here,
but there could be other digestive disorders. Did I mention he was
found on a rubbish tip? You can imagine what he was living off. I've
actually got an appointment with the vets tomorrow, but British vets
aren't as clued up as US ones.

You suggested blood work - would this be to test for ECE or any other
abnormalities. How do vets take blood from ferrets in the US. One of
my other ferrets needed to give a blood sample and the vet shaved
half his fur off!!!
