I'm not a vet, but my vet (email me offlist if you want to have your vet
contact them) has dealt with extending quality of life in prepucial
adenocarcinoma for more than 1.5 years. You might want to do a search here on
PeeDee..

He was a stray that had a tumor that abcessed and burst. the tumor was the
size of a silver dollar, with the center abcess the size of a dime. We were
very aggressive in excising the tissue. Three months after the first surgery,
we went back in to remove metastizing tissue. Another three months and then
we did the same - and then PeeDee went about a year with no signs.
