Subject: What does blood in stool look like?
Icky question, I know, but I'm just wondering -- I'd hate to miss
this if it's happening! Mishka has been on pediapred for about 6
months (insulinoma), gets 2 jars of gerber's chicken a day (made into
broth) and is maintaining weight well. However, I'm concerned that
he might be developing ulcers or other intestinal problems becuase
his stools are sometimes a dark reddish or orange-ish color. Anyway,
I couldn't find a precise description of the appearance of the blood,
so I thought i'd ask.
