Hi Marie,
70 is where I draw the line for low glucose level.
In your case I would suggest a fasting blood glucose
level. If it is below 70 then it is time to start treating her.
Since she is 7 years old, medical treatment may be the
best way to go (diet, pred, and proglycem).
