Ah, she may be intolerant of milk products so just don't feed her
milk based things. (If all of life were so simple... :-) ) If you
continue to feed a product that causes irritation she will have an
inflammed GI tract and more likely to have other problems or to
respond badly to other things.
Someone else mentioned the possibilty of a shifting partial
blockage. Certainly is a possibility.
