I just had some questions for Avecon about a month ago, and
did send in the ELISA tests and about 2 weeks ago ordered the
POCT tests. I probably e-mailed Avecon about 3 times in that
period and recieved a response within 24 hours. I notice that
Dr. Stephon responds, so maybe he is on vacation, or having
some problems right now. Did you try to call?
If you are just placing an order and don't need a technical question
answered check for another number or e-mail address to
help you.
