My ferret Pertwee has seasonal allergies as I do. He gets sneezing fits,
is congested and "snuffles" when he sniffs around, gets watery eyes, and
sometimes scratches at his face. Sound familiar? Our vet suggested
children's Benadryl elixir. The dosage is based on body weight, though,
so his dosage (.25ml) may be different than your ferret's. I would
definitely check with your vet before administering any medication.

All the best,
Caity
