Subject: melatonin question
Our vet has 2 of our fuzzies on melatonin for adrenal
disease. I have 2 questions: our vet told us that the 8 or 9
hours after sunrise doesn't matter, it's that you give it
consistently at the same time every day. Is this valid?
(Because if so, I would like to give their dosage in the
morning just for convenience.) Also he wondered at the 1 mg
dosage and if anyone has tried to give 1/2 a mg, or whatever.
Though it works, he thought it seems a lot. Any imput on that?
