It was discussed on here not long ago that an enlarged stomach may
cause a longer transit time than the normal 3-5 hours. Others have
already mentioned that 4 hours is the normal fasting time, but with her
enlarged stomach, perhaps you want to shoot for 6-8 hours instead. 24
hours is definitely much too long!
