Troy,
I feed my ferrets a high quality cat food anf
ferret food but I was given a ferret last year that my nephew found
outside that will only eat a store brand cat food. My nephew had the
ferret for a year and because he lives a few hundred miles away I
was unaware he even had the ferret if I had known I would have kept
him from feeding her cheap food. This ferret is stubborn, she
refuses to eat anything else. I am going to do as you said and
giving her a diet supplement to make sure she is getting proper
nutrition.
