Hey Chris,
Interesting that you "fast" your ferrets to ensure that all hidden
food is eaten. Am I correct in assuming that if you were dead sure
no food was hidden you wouldn't do it? Then is it truly a fast?
And, as I have regular e-mail contact with ferret owners in the U.K.
and this was the first I've heard of once a day feeding, ever,
anywhere, in my albeit limited 5+ years of owning rescued ferrets,
I'm not sure that I agree with you. My ferrets have unlimited
access to food and water. But, thanks for the input, its worth
researching.
