One thing I would be cautious about with this food; it specifically says
it was not heated and contains no preservatives. I should think there is
a very high danger of the food going bad, and you should be careful
about observing whatever use-by date it may have.
Wysong does have a lot of bacterial culture products in it, which may
guide the 'going bad' (like yoghurt is milk guided to 'go bad' in a
palatable way), but it doesn't say 'live cultures', so the process is
not continuing, and I wouldn't expect that to provide any preservative
action.
