Yes; we have two with IBD who can't handle poultry.
It is also possible that she needs to have her Pred bumped up
since you seemto indicate that she is on a low dose.
Insulinoma itself can cause the runs, and bumping up her Pred
would reduce intestinal inflammation and better control her
insulinoma.
Is there any sign of blood in her feces?
