Hi - It sounds like Kalli may have developed IBD, or Inflamatory
Bowel Disease.
Usually, the treatment for IBD includes either pred or Imuran, and
possibly Flagyl.
There has been a lot of discussion of IBD in the past on this list.
You might want to search the archives for additional posts. Also,
the current issue of Ferrets magazine has a good article on IBD by
Dr. Williams. There is also a copy of an article on IBD by Dr. Mark
Burgess in the FHL files section.
