Subject: RE: Baby food?

Hello, I'm new where and I would like your input. I now have a herd of 8
carpet sharks and I'm trying to fatten them up. We rescued most of them from
going to the death row at the pound.

My questions start with Baby Food:

Can you feed them too much baby food?

Is Ferretone good or bad for them? I've heard both ways but what's the
scoop?

I'm experimenting with Barfing feeding. Any in put? I do cook the food.

I start with two whole chicken breast, chop them up bones and all, add a
pack of insides (hearts, gizzards, liver, fat, skin) and place in blender
and liquefy them, then cook into a soup. Next I add 5 scoops of Ultimate
Ferret food, and can of ferret food, some Ferretone and Ferret-vita and
re-blend. I reheat and pore into feeding trough (small long plastic tray) I
found at Wal-Mart and serve. All but one of them dig in and that one seams
to like it when I use a squeeze dropper and place in his mouth.

Am I doing it wrong or is it bad for them? They have hard food in the kennel
and have been eating it as well.

Thanks,

Jed Ball
