Subject: seizures high blood sugar
Mystik is at the hospital now and will be untill Tuesday most
likely. Last I was updated she has high blood sugar rather than low
like we were thinking. The last time her blood sugar was low when it
was checked. The vet said that she could have infection or else her
pancreus is no longer working at all anymore. She also said it was
possible for her to have a brain infection and if she does I doubt
there is a whole lot that can be done for her. She also said she
seems to have some sort of a mass in her abdomen, although on Friday
Mystik's regular vet said he couldn't find any thing like that.
Could it be possible that Mystik has an adrenal glad problem with
insulinoma and this is causing her to have high blood sugar? Can
seizures be caused by high blood sugar? I will do all I can for
Mystik, but if she has a lot of cancer or advanced infection I don't
suppose a whole lot can be done for her. More blood tests and x-rays
will be done on her to see what exactly should be done to treat her.
Mystik should have been in the hospital since Thursday night. It is
my fault that she is like she is now. I just hope it is not too late
to do something for her.
