Well, they do kiind things for each other in relation to health, too:
comforting each other, calling for help, etc.

Long ago (over 15 yerars ago) when Hjalmar had lymphoma he
was on Lysodren for an adrenal with lympho which is what was
often done then, and began having so much adrenal damage
that he would have crises. This was before Florinef was used in
ferrets --and we don't even know if his pre-surgical ones were
Addisons (though his post surgical ones were and he was one
of the first ferrets to go onto Florinef, possibly the first). Steve
and I slept little and did it n split shifts for him but sometimes he
looked pretty good and we needed to craash. Then we'd put
Meltdown there. That sweet little girl would watch hm and shake
the cage for us if he began to be off. Between the three of us we
managed him well.

Yesterday, Warp, who is having trouble with mobility now with
her nodes up but loves to run wanted to run, so Ashling
plastered herself to Warp's weaker side and let her press
against her and they ran together with Ashling helping to support
Warp.
