Subject: Sick Ferret - Sudden
I have a male ferret that suddenly became ill late last night. He
had one episode of diarrhea (brown and mucusy) around 2 AM PT. He
won't eat his normal kibble (Totally Ferret and Iam's Kitten Food),
won't take his pedialyte or water and seems to becoming dehydrated.
His skin feels tight and he looks emaciated. He was eating well
until last night to my knowledge. Does anyone have any suggestions
as to what it might be or what to do to help him feel better?
