I think you have more than enough symptoms there to consider Meeko
adrenal. Please get him to your vet right away, too. Don't wait at
all, much less until he starts to look sick.

"Problems peeing" often means a swollen prostate due to adrenal
disease. The prostate can swell enough to cut off his urination
completely, and that can be fatal very quickly.

Hair thinning and hair loss are the "classic" symptoms, but some
ferrets can have adrenal disease without hair loss. From what you are
describing, it definitely sounds like Meeko is adrenal, but even if he
is not, the problems peeing are a big warning sign of something serious.
