Subject: what are people feeding ferts around the world?

It has been said that North American ferrets have more health
problems than ferrets elsewhere. Perhaps due to genetics, but
maybe because of what they are fed. I would be interested to
hear what they are fed in New Zealand and Europe and
elsewhere, and people's thoughts on health and life
expectancy.

in Eastern Canada.
I feed my ferrets dry kibble (Nutrience Kitten and a year and
a half ago I began mixing it with Eukanuba cat chicken&rice)
one lived to 8.5 (lymphoma), one lived to 6.5 (peritonitis
from helicobacter ulcer).
how about you?
