Subject: Ultrasonic pest control

I am posting this for a friend.


I'm looking at an ultrasonic pest control unit to chase the squirrels from
my walls and attic.

Most of them say "Not to be used in rooms with rodent pets, such as
hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, FERRETS or other animals from the rodent
family"

Since ferrets aren't rodents is this really a problem?
