As long as you check there aren't any parasites carried by slugs in
your area, and as long as the slugs haven't been eating slug bait and
as long as you can cope with the horrible slimy sticky face whiskers
and paws after the slug dinner - then it's probably OK!
I don't mind being "kissed" after a meal of kibble, or grilled lamb,
or even raw meat. I try to avoid being "kissed" if someone has just
been tasting his own wee or sniffing his brothers poo. I WILL NOT be
kissed by anything that has been anywhere near slug slime!
