blockage?
In male ferrets who show signs of trouble urinating it is very possible
they are blocked due to enlarged prostate gland from adrenal disease. A vet can palpate the bladder and express urine, if that doesn't work can insert a tube or needle to get the urine out. If your ferret does not pee or very little, it becomes an emergency and I wouldn't wait until morning, if he is going and otherwise o.k. take him to the vet in the morning. Monitor him closely to see if urinating, put him in aseparate area
if you have more than one ferret, even use only newspaper or something
easy to see how much he is going.
