She appears to be a

I have several late alter girls with slightly enlarged vulvas
- especially among those that went through at least one season
or were bred before being spayed. I have also seen the vulva
become slightly enlarged due to an irritation - like if
something has gotten pushed up into the canal and is stuck
(like litter). If this is the problem, you should be able to
separate the sides, and clean it out from between them with a
soft moist cloth.

I would not immediately assume something is wrong, but I would
watch her for other signs, or for additional swelling of the
vulva. You might also want to have your vet take a look at
it, and get his opinion.

I have not had as much experience with early alter ferrets as
I have with late alters, but I have never seen an early alter
with a slightly swollen vulva.
