Yes, but some are more complicated than others so can't be
done as thoroughly. We've had excellent surgeons be able to
completely remove some easily, but others have had to be just
debulked due to complications, insufficient collaterol circulation
which made a ligation impossible, etc. Same fine surgeons,
but very different cases...
