Hi Larry,

thanks for your info. Our vet specializes in exotics, and has several
awards on ferret care, so I think I found a great vet in X. I'll be
calling him in the morning about Lydia's dose. I am glad to hear that it
took your Tigger a couple of days for the pred to work, makes me not feel
so bad about Lydia.
As an aside...I have a Tigger too! but mine is a 7 year old 11 pound fluffy
girly-meowing male cat! *LOL*

I'm really glad I found this list, other places I've been were not nearly
so on topic. *grin*
I hope your woozle will feel back up to strength soon. Seems you and I are
doing the same thing for them right now. *smile*
And I was buying baby food for my ferrets before I ever decided to have the
baby. *lol* I bought Lydia 2 jars of beech-nut chicken noodle dinner, stage
2. It's pureed so much I can draw it up in the medicine syringe and feed it
to her that way.
I just hate seeing her so listless, and hearing her grind her teeth
constantly. I wish there was more I could do for her.

Jen
