Subject: Tigger, again

This morning my vet called and told me her PVC count was 25%, and
that her sphereocytes were really high. He asked me to add FuroVite
for some vitamins, since she may be experiencing anemia.

I gave her some Furovite mixed with Gerber's, because she would not
eat the stuff by itself. I gave her 1/4th teaspoon, and will probably
give her another 1/4th this evening with her other medication.

My concern now is that she will not eat her normal kibble (Iams). She
will gladly gulp down the Gerber's baby food on her own, but if she
is going to eat the baby food only for nutrition, I may need to know
an appropriate amount per day and per feeding. At 230, I gave her 3
teaspoons of the baby food, which was close to 1/2 of a jar. I
thought about putting a full jar in the refrigerator for a few hours
and then at evening when my wife and I are asleep, put the jar of
baby food in her cage in case she does get hungry, since she is not
eating the dry food. She has always been light as a feather, between
1.1 - 1.3 pounds. I was thinking maybe 2 or 3 teaspoons of Gerber's
every 4 hours, including her medication time, was appropriate. Any
thoughts on this or thoughts on leaving the baby food in her cage?
