With eyes of two different colors I'd consider the possibility of an aortic arch
defect. These happen in cells in the early fetus that later differentiate into
various types of cells -- same time you find some types of defects that affect
multiple things -- aortic arch defect types also can affect the aorta as well as
being a cause of marked lack of bilateral coloration in the head (eyes or
pelage).
