Subject: Re: LUMP - Please respond - No 2 lumps!

but today only 17 days after surgery I found this HUGE mass in her
lower belly. Down below her incision. I thought it was hanging fat
although she is really skinny. It is noticeable by just looking at
her. It moves around under the skin and I am sure the vet who did
her surgery would have noticed it, right? Could a tumor pop up that
quickly?
I WAS WRONG - It's not one large lump, but two, perfectly round
little marbles, down towards her private area. She was sleeping and
I felt it again, and I can separate the two. What are the chances of
two tumors popping up like that, in the same place at the same time?
I don't know the ferret anatomy very well. Is there anything under
the skin in that area that could get enflamed like that?
Please respond if you have any idea what this could be.
Thank you ~ Lisa
