Your vet's going to have to look at it, for sure, to say what it is.
There are lots of possibilities. Anyway, in addition to the other
things folks have mentioned up to this point, it may well be a simple
little skin tumor. Very common, usually very easily dealt with
through a simple surgery to remove them. They often look like little
scabby areas, and they do often have a bit of hair loss surrounding
