Subject: frothing at the mouth
Hi I need help,
Annika has finished her treatment for the ulcers. She seemed to get better and now appears to be suffering a relapse. More disturbing
is that when she first wakes up she is chewing and frothing at the mouth. Once I get some Pepto or water into her tummy this stops. I
am concerned that this could be something other than an ulcer, but her poops have started to change again... going back to the tarry/
mucus poops she had before (they had gotten better, now returning). Any suggestions greatly apprieciated. Today was the first time in
about two and a half weeks that I heard the grinding noise (sounds like ripping fabric). Eating has dropped down too, she is just not
interested unless I force her to eat. Could this be something other then an ulcer? Glucose levels were normal on her bloodwork and at
that time she had not eaten in about 12 hours, so I am thinking it can't be insulinoma.
