Pam had adrenal surgery on May 31. The tumor was in the vena
cava.
The blood supply was clamped off and there wasn't anything sent to

pathology. With that said, I asked the new vet about the lumps
and
she told me if I didn't know better, she would think they were
testicles. I said well we know they are not, are they lymph
nodes?

First of all, remember that lymph nodes can enlarge due to a number
of things, lymphoma being just one of them. They can enlarge in
response to infection or inflammation. Personally, with having
surgery recently, and only those two nodes being enlarged, I'd first
investigate the possibility of nodes that are reacting to the trauma
that the body has undergone (the surgery), rather than jumping into
being certain that this is cancer.

How does her incision look - is it inflamed at all?
