You could do either surgical or medical treatment. Personally, if
he's still a good surgical candidate, I'd remove as much of the
remaining adrenal tissue as possible (all of it hopefully) and then
manage him with Florinef or Percorten afterwards. This is a rapidly
recurring problem in him, and the only way to truly cure it is
surgical removal.
