Subject: an ability I admire and am glad that others have
I just wanted to say that I so admire some folks and am so grateful that they
are marvelous at being inclusive in their replies.
Sometimes, with the many knowledgeable folks here it is easy to forget that
we also have a number of people who are new to ferret medical needs, or
even new to ferrets. Yet, some members seem to never or rarely forget that,
and those people so kindly write replies in ways that help folks at all levels
understand a topic. Yes, that means there is info which others have to wade
through, but those who reply in such a fashion -- no matter the level of
expertise of the original poster -- seem to wrap a kind arm around the
shoulders of new folks and say, ""Welcome to the group! Glad that you are
here to learn!".
It's important to recall -- whether we are reading or writing -- that we do have
those here who need more extensive information, and to realize that some
posts are designed to help everyone, which is what we all hopefully will learn
by example to do more or better.
If it means readers being a bit patient while going through the parts that apply
for others, then that patience is also appreciated. That's especially good
because this isn't in any shape of form a personal mailbox; it's a forum, here to
help all.
Not only should we accept that, but we need to be grateful to those who
include all because we all have been in that novice position at some point
whether or not we are there now.
So, thank you! You know who you are and how hard you try!
