Sounds pretty good to me. How about adding a tablespoon of heavy
whipping cream. I add a crushed half of a lactaid tablet in case they
are lactose intolerant.

I'm a little hyper sensative about eyes. If you are seeing what you say
you are seeing, I'd get her back to the vet and point it out to him.
That is surely not normal and is possibly dangerous to her sight.
