Subject: Green Genital Discharge
Hi
I had this problem with my 7 yr. old female ferret, Kayla. My vet
tested it & it was E Coli. She got very ill from it & had to be
hospitalized. After treatment with antibiotics she recovered fine, but
she did get reoccurences (the green discharge) a couple of other
times but has not had any now for several months. When the
discharge returned she was put back on antibiotics & was fine.
Please do not rule out E Coli! Good luck!
