There are many ways to learn from the FHL.
First, of course, is by reading posts and asking questions.
It is also possible to search though those posts. That is done in
chunks, so do expect to hit "Next" if what you seek is not in a given
grouping.
Have you seen the Files section at

Just some of the topics covered there are:

By using the Bookmarks section you'll be able to link to information
on a wide range of topics:

compendium of veterinary products
dictionary
free database of medical articles
insurance
UK vet registry and other UK info

etc.
There is so much available that it simply would add up to too much to list.
