There are differences among IBD patients, so you'll want to read
the many past posts and the article in the Files section about
this and a discuss things to try with your vet.
We've been through many months of trying this or that for
Scooter. The best thing we've found for him personally is: no
treats except some vanilla yogurt, Hills Feline z/d because it is
so easy to digest and so gentle, and Imuran. What works best
for him might not for others and visa-versa. It can be rather
individual --as can a number of things medically.
