Have you tried the DOCP injections instead of the oral medications?
I have three ferrets who are on injections, and while it took a while
to get everyone on track, they are working quite well here and only
need to be administered once every 3 1/2 weeks.

If the oral meds don't seem to be doing the trick, this might be an
avenue worth exploring. Good luck and I hope that Ryo-Ohki's ratio
starts to normalize!
